WNY VA Healthcare System

We have completed work at the following locations:

TRM staff has completed work for the VA Healthcare System beginning with term contract projects in 2005. Our project experience encompasses various sizes, scopes and complexities, from small equipment relocations, investigative studies and space planning services, to large projects like a $2.8 million Physical and Occupational Therapy Ward addition. We continue to complete simultaneous projects for the VA at multiple facilities. From technical specifications to project manuals, we understand the methods of the VA Healthcare System. Our experience with VA standards simplifies the design and construction process allowing us to deliver services in reduced time with greater quality.

TRM staff has completed a variety of work under term contract with the United States Postal Service, including loading docks and carrier vestibules, roofing projects, restroom renovations, parking lot and site alterations, ramp additions, and various other renovations and reconstructions. USPS projects give TRM unique insight into cost-effectively solving a number of deficiencies within aging facilities, from drainage problems to accessibility issues.

Niagara Falls Housing Authority

We have completed work at the following locations:

TRM staff has completed renovations to public housing units for senior and low income families as well as renovations to public spaces including lobbies, vestibules, offices, toilet rooms, laundry facilities and elevator lobbies. Safety was a top concern for NFHA projects, as well as providing durable and maintenance-friendly designs that could withstand the heavy wear and tear on a large, high-rise housing complex. These projects required TRM to work closely with the client to maintain access through construction and to meet the project's objectives.

TRM staff has completed a variety of work, including term contract projects at Buffalo State College. We completed the complex $2.4 million rehabilitation of a former heating plant into a campus storage facility. From small renovations to complex and concurrent projects, TRM staff has the project management ability to effectively manage projects of all sizes and complexities. Staff has past experience with both public as well as private higher education clients like Niagara University.

TRM staff completed renovations to a transitional community living environment, modernizing existing spaces and systems within a turn of the century building and realizing additional space in the attic through the addition of a fire protection sprinkler system.
